problem with loader

Hi I have installed linux on my 3850 and al was running ok. Now i have a
problem. If i boot the system i get the message: Executing /sbin/ikernel
panis: Attempe3d to kiss init.

I cannit give any command itto the ipaq
I Can anyone help me
