Could not get a " boot>" prompt

Hi,
 
I need help how to get the "boot>" prompt. So I could install the bootstrap.
 
The device is H3870 with new 2.20 ROM from Firmware from HP (Upgrade). I
just upgrade it.

I use 2.18.54 Bootloader. I could see the CRL Open Handhelds ARM Bootloader
Rev. 2.18. 54 screen.
 
There are 4 selection for the buttons.
<- Serial Bootloader Console
<- Boot IDE
<- Boot VFAT HDD/CF
<- Boot FlashROM
 
I tried pressing the calendar button (Serial Bootloader Console) and
Addressbook button (Boot IDE). Nothing happened.
 
There is also sort of note: Hold down center of joypad while pushing reset
to enter raw bootloader mode.
 
I do the instruction (Hold down ... ) several time no avail.
 
HELP!!! The question is how to do it get the "boot>" prompt.
