The "Linux Bootldr Installation" link on the main www.handhelds.org
page points to http://www.handhelds.org/feeds/bootldr/install.html,
which talks about the 2.18.01 bootloader at
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/pub/linux/compaq/ipaq/v0.30/bootldr-2.18.01.bin.
But the corresponding
link from "Familiar v0.6 Installation Instructions" page points to
http://familiar.handhelds.org/releases/v0.6.1/install/install-bootldr.html
which recommends the 2.18.54 bootloader from
http://familiar.handhelds.org/releases/v0.6.1/install/bootldr-2.18.54.bin.
I gather that the 2.18.54 version is in every way superior and more
desireable than 2.18.01, so should the link on the main page be
updated?
And thanks for doing all this work. I installed 2.18.54 and
Familiar/Opie on my 3100; I'm about to do it on a 3700 that a friend
just gave me. I really like the way the new bootloader points to
the four buttons.
