How to get 2.18.1 bootldr up again?

I'm facing a problem here. My bootldr 2.18.1 is not working anymore! All
I have right now is the iPAQ Pocket PC boot screen with 2.15 down to the
right!!
 
Now, I can't connect to my device from the terminal!
 
The only thing I just did accidentally was removing the root partition!
But even after removing the partition it was working fine until I
plugged it out of the cradle!
 
Now, when I try to do a soft reset or press the central button and do a
soft reset, NOTHING happens!
 
So can anyone tell me how to restore my bootldr again to be able to
continue uploading Linux or even wince!
