Bootloader issue

Sorry if this question was asked before.

I had 2.18.48 on my H3650 and tried to update to 2.19.10.
I forgot to issue reset command after I updated it
and proceeded with loading Familiar 0.5.3.

Now, the device wouldnt boot. I do not see any
splash screen or something. No screen activity
at all. Tried hard reset, holding the jog etc.

Any ideas?
