It's still pretty shaky, but I'm willing to give (via email) to people to test. Here's meminfo on a 256MB ipaq:

~ # cat /proc/meminfo
total: used: free: shared: buffers: cached:
Mem: 262692864 18120704 244572160 0 16384 11677696
Swap: 0 0 0
MemTotal: 256536 kB
MemFree: 238840 kB
MemShared: 0 kB
Buffers: 16 kB
Cached: 11404 kB
SwapCached: 0 kB

Thanks to pocketpctechs.com for upgrading the ipaqs. Thanks to Ken Steele at MIT for loaning iPAQs with 64MB/64MB, 128MB/128MB and 64MB/128MB dram configurations for testing.
