cvs bootldr a bit broken

I seem to have checked in something broken. I'm still debugging. There is a #error in bootldr.c, so you should not be able to build it accidentally. The dual bank sdram support hangs on single bank ipaqs. This is not enabled by default. Without it, bootldr gets to boot> prompt and can load new bootldrs, but I was getting data abort when trying to boot linux.
