We have modified the pxa250 version of jflash so that it works with the
iPAQ H3900 and we have successfully used it to unbrick our H3900
yesterday.

Unfortunately, we cannot distribute it without written permission from
Intel. If you would like to get a copy, I can only point you to my
contact at intel, jason.chagas@intel.com. If you request it from him,
then he will know how many people in the community are interested in it.

The h3900 has a jtag connector of sorts, documented in
http://www.handhelds.org/projects/h3900.html
