Question.

Hi,

I'm trying to install Linux on my brand new Compaq Ipaq H3800. I'm
following the Bootloader installation instructions
   ( http://www.handhelds.org/feeds/bootldr/install.html )

Everything went perfectly; now I have the splash screen. When I press
the Calendar button or press space in the HyperTerminal emulator, I do not
get the bootloader console prompt.

The problem must be that I do not have a Hyperterminal connection.
I'm using a serial cradle, and the given configurations: 115200 baud,
no flow control, 8 bits, and no parity.
I'm using COM3 to connect -- the other Com ports give the error message
"Unable to open Com [1/2/4]" Com 3 tells me I am connected.

I'm unable to get to the bootloader console. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help and time,

                        -Aman.
