Two more observations:

On secondary eBay market iPaqs with 16 meg of flash are at least $50-$70
cheaper than 32 meg counterparts with same amount of RAM.
WinCE can't boot from IDE drive and probably will not. With secondary
storage getting affordable WinCE limitation becomes exposed, thus a full
blown distribution with Quake, Gimp and Office can fill this part of the
market without competition.

Thanks,
Andrew
