After you type 'load bootldr' you have to start the transfer from minicom or hyperterminal using the xmodem protocol.

Useing bootloadr : BootBlaste_1.18.exe, bootldr-2.18.01
and i see image of bootldr-2.18.01 (a penguin image)
I just started putting bootldr and linux on my iPAQ. I connected the iPAQ
(3660) to a minicom. At boot> prompt, I typed "load
bootldr". It's been going on for over two hours and still going. This is
after
boot> load bootldr
loading flash region bootldr
using xmodem
ready for xmodem download
From here on, it's been printing S signs.
