I want to installing pocketlinux in ipaq H3660

I being study to pocketlinux Developers Guide v1.0
and porting from the Developers Guide v1.0

However I have a problem that is load bootldr( useing linux minicom)

problem ...
boot> load bootldr
loading flash region bootldr
using xmodem
sssssssssssssssssssTIME OUT
error

my state of mincom configuration
Serial Device :/dev/ttyS0
Baud/Par/Bits :115200 8N1

state of transmit
online

ipaq system.
os : pocket PC (2000)
execution: osloader-1.3.0, bootldr-c002-2.9.5(renameing --> bootldr)

linux kernel: 2.9.4 ??? (linux 7.1 vesion)
