I am using bootldr 2.18.01 on IPAQ H3850.
I flashed jffs2 file system onto the root partition.

  However the bootloader is unable to access the first
  directory of the filesystem. It so happened that my
  boot dir containing the kernel image was the first
  directory on the filesystem, and hence IPAQ cannot
  boot.

  Any fix for this problem?
