Dear,sir

I am sorry to interrupt you with trifling question.
I got a compaq Ipaq 3630, and I rent it to one of my friends in Japan.
He installed Linux OS on it, but it is not working.
Only I can see is that first screen as below, and not booting.

 

Please, let me know how I repair it.
