Recent bootldr issues

Bootldr 2.18.38 was a bit flakey, whenever I did a soft reset it put PPC
2002 into a clean slate state.

Bootldr 2.18.40 didn't play nice with JS Landscape and would often put
the system into a clean slate state when reseting for a new
resolution/lanscape.

Bootldr 2.18.42 seems to have none of the above issues. I also upgraded
to beta 3 of JSLandscep 3.0 so that could be the trouble too.
