Hello,
I am not a maintainer of this list, I am only a subscriber.
However, I would like to point out a few things, to assist you.
This is a public mailing list.
Pulbic technical mailing lists are archived almost without exception.
That means if you send a message to the public amiling list, it will be seen
by the public, and it will be archived along with the rest of our posts.
By posting to a public mailing list, you willingly give up your rights to
privacy.
Also, public mailing lists are run in a very free, open, informal style.
THere is not requirement for anyone to respond to any question. This is'n
piad tech suport, it's a place where users hang out and discuss things
together in an informal manner.
If you want something removed, the proper recourse is to politely ask who is
the technical maintainer of the list, and then politely ask the maintainer if
he would be willing to remove it from the archives for you.
Having public messages removed from a public archive it not a right, it's a
favor granted to you if someone has the time and reasonable resources to do
what you're asking.
What I am saying here is not specific to you. IT applies to all of us.
Please don't not be offended. I'm not writting this to offend you or harm you
in any way, but simply to help clarify a situation you are [possibly] not
aware of.
Thanks,
