x51v JTAG pinouts

I bought a used x51v recently. Does anyone of you found the JTAG pinouts for
this model? On forums, a lots of people report 'bricking' their Axim by
corrupting the bootloader in the ROM.

I have for idea trying to make my own Windows CE 5.0 ROM for the device and will
eventually need to replace the bootloader somehow. Even if it is not possible,
the JTAG pinouts may be usefull in case of deadly upgrades.
