It looks as if the driver for the graphics is excluded due to licensing
by Intel:

Attached is the patch used to build kernel-2.6.13.4-16.pepper against
the vendor's linux-2.6.13.4.tar.gz source tarball.

WARNING: This is a full patch including all custom-written Pepper Pad
drivers with the exception of the non-GPL proprietary Intel Marathon
graphics driver. Licensing restrictions prevent us from releasing this
code.

This source tree can be used to build drivers and modules but building
and installing a custom-built kernel may result in a non-functioning
Pepper Pad.
