I tried this method, and it works! I first forgot to enable mirror
mode in my settings, but now I actually get framebuffer output! The
kernel halts after "Freeing init memory: 80K", but this was my very
first try with the kernel sources I had on my machine.
Now we have some contacts that are willing to give us more
information, the first thing we should really get to work is usb
networking, so all the people without a serial cable (like me) can
help developing in a serious way. But at least I can start
experimenting now I actually can see what the kernel is doing.
