Fwd: Contributing to the project

Hi all,

In the last month I've started to familiarize myself with the project
and have set up a development environment to help contribute to it. I
own a x51v and want to put it to good use. I hope I can help do
something useful for everyone. I have successfully built Angstrom
images for my axim using the openembedded environment.

So far I have been unable to boot anything I have built, however. I
am using Haret 0.5.1 so maybe I need to try dropping down to 0.4.8
which I see people linking to. It just gets stuck at "Jumping to
kernel." If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

I am Linux savvy and am a software developer by day, developing in
Linux, for Linux, so I hopefully have a good foundation to help out.
