Dear mailing list,
I am trying to get the Axim X50(v) linux port to work on my Axim X50
(the one with Wifi, BT, 240x320 res. and 520 MHz...). My problem is that
when I boot linux and it comes to the line "Setting pxa register
LCCR1_BLW to 19...", the display will draw horizontal white lines (every
2nd line becomes white) and then slowly fade to a color gradient. After
a short period, I can log in from my PC via ssh (usb0), which means that
the system doesn't hang. I couldn't find the "mirror mode" or anything
similar (the only display setting other than cleartype and text size is
just this landscape [left handed, right handed] option - which doesn't
help at all) in my german WinCE ("2003 SE", 4.21) as mentioned in the
HowTo on handhelds.org. Is it possible that this setting is available on
the X50v only? Is it essential? Where can I get something similar for
the X50? I'd be glad if someone could help me with this.
Sincerly,
David Madl

This will go in spanish (i don't know the real options on the english or
german systems)
inicio->configuración->sistema->modo de duplicación->activar
(start) (configuration?) (systema?) (duplication mode?) (activate?)

As I recall, the Axim X50 doesn't have a mirror mode, does it? Only
the X50v (with the ability to output to a VGA port) has mirror mode.
