i also have got the touchscreen problem, but there is a new adc-debounce
driver sind kernel 2.6.20 -hh6 (i think). has someone tried this one yet?
the screen flickering can be fixed.

pxaregs-axim LCCR3_PCD 2

That sets the Pixel Clock divisor on the LCCR3 register. This can be
put into a kernel header file to initialize the LCCR3 register for the
axim PDAs. Unfortunately, using the pxaregs-axim command, if the
display goes to sleep it will flicker again when it comes back. Not
sure if fixing this in the kernel will make it permanent...
