What Patrick didn't do is to post announcement that aximx50 machine
was accepted in OE.dev.
Btw, angstrom*.conf hacking is strictly optional, there's local.conf

That's called "cheating" ;-). The common template was introduced
exactly to compare state of *different* ports. Well, after all, ports
maintainers are who'd blush if they announce port as pretty working,
but users find that basic things don't actually ;-)
