Any news on getting Framebuffer to work on x50v

Hello,I would like to help with the porting effort. I have only limited
knowledge of embedded Linux but i have used linux for years. Is there any
news on when we will get A woking framebuffer for the x50v, Iwould really
like to help but i have no serial cable though I hope to order one next week
(or as soon as i clear up some credit card problems), it would still be nice
to have framebuffer up so i can get to work porting ;-)

P.S my most anticipated port will be Kesmit prob looking pretty far into
future though :-)
