I tried the files from your site (initrd, zImage and rootfs.img.bz2)
with the haret.exe from your site (v3.6) and with the haret_uart.exe
from Fisherss' site. I used the default.txt from fisherss' site (with
all the GPIO initialisation calls).
With the 3.6 version (which isn't correct for this machine, right?)
the pda hangs (the screen just keeps showing the haret screen, and is
unresponsive to stylus tabs and such), but what's strange is that if I
reset the device, it just goes back into windows, without a hard
reset.
Fisherss' haret (haret_uart) has the same results (the hanging part),
but when I reset, it's a hard reset.
But either way, I still don't get framebuffer output. Is the kernel
hanging because no serial cable is present? Am I using the wrong
files? The modified date seems rather old on the files I tried. There
seem to be 2 new files (zImage_for_cramfs_initrd and
initrd.cramfs.gz). Should I try these instead (and alter the
default.txt)?
