If there is someone who is able to mirror that information for me, it
might be a Happy Thing (tm). I'll be going to Russia for 2 years in
november, and I can't guarantee it'll be up the whole time I'm gone. I
won't have access to a computer.
Also, is there anyone with business experience (aka knows how to sound
polite and professional on the phone) and speaks English well who would
like to continue (pestering) politely requesting information from Dell?
Mark Gesing has been attempting it, but he has hit a point where, like
me, he needs to work rather than making phone calls all day. He made
some progress getting through Dell's people, and I'd like that continued
by someone with experience dealing with large companies on the phone, if
possible.
