All three models use the Texas Instruments ADS 7846N chip, which
interfaces with the pxa cpu on it's first SSP (synchronous serial port).
As of yet, no luck getting working drivers, but I've been swamped with a
new job lately, and other than keeping track of emails haven't had time
to look into anything.
There is an individual who has been pestering Dell lately, though...
with luck, he may turn up something useful. he seems fairly persistent,
and you never know what you can manage when you harass someone long
enough =]
