why do I post this link?
I took my cable apart and broke the needed pin for TX (11),
along with the wire.
I had soldered wires for all serial functions
10,11,12,13,14,15, and instead of connecting
TX to 11, I connected it to DSR....
and ignoring my own color coding.
To quote Fisherss "oh shit".
