X30/50 ROM Image

A. Anyone knows the ROM Image's structure?...
    I know it has a boot loader, etc.
    But doesn't it also have in it an a file system?
B. Is there a free/obtainable XScale disassembler anywhere?
    If not, I would like to create one. I think it would help in the
porting effort.
