Ian, i just noticed your edit on our wiki saying that
the wifi is definatly on the pc card/CF bus, is the
bluetooth as well

i had my suspisions but no proof, how did you discover
this

if i remeber correctly there is support for only 2 pc
card/CF devices if the bluetooth and wifi are both on
this bus then it would be posible for us to add a dual
PC card seleve to the device by removinf the wifi
bluetooth module

this would be grete as i could then run my high power
pc card in host AP mode and make a mobile AP

oh well first things first, we have to get linux
booting on the thing

Status: confused
at this point in time i havent found a way to connect
a serial port to the x30 (havent really tried) and the
usb gadget drivers trow about 2 pages of errors saying
the varible has not been previsoly defined (if i
remeber correctly), this has cuased some problems as i
have compiled a kernal but cannot get any output from
the pda to see if it is working *sigh*

i know the pinout is compatible with the x3 (the
cradles are the same thing) so i need to locate the
pinout for an x3, if someone could point me in the
correct direction

the pxa lcd didnt display anything (fades to white)
but i know i am doing somthng wrong there, after all i
am farily new to this and i am fairly determined to
get this thing running linux
