[asus-port] Cannot boot on CF flash (1GB)

Hello,
First of all, I did test the native boot loader on my A716 to boot with my CF
card and it worked like a charm.
I followed the instruction given by the site and I created 2 partitions (hda1
vfat, hda2 ext2) and untar Opie image on hda2.
It seems that the kernel and the initrd have been loaded and then it jumped to
boot session.
But I'm stuck at this stage:

> VFS: cannot open root device "hda2" or unknown block(0,0)
> Please append a correct "root=" boot option
> kernel panic...
