[asus-port] scummvm snapshots from svn for h191x and mypal 716

Hi iPAQ h191x and MyPal 716 Linux users !

I provide more frequently builds for scummvm.
You can grab it from http://www.scummvm.org/downloads.php#SVN
It's not daily, but I'll try freq update as I can. Maybe in future I'll
create some automation process.
