I digged into wince pcmcia driver for A640BT to compare it to A716.
I did some notes about GPIOs usage:
pins 7, 8, 9 is used to check state,
pins 13, 14 are sets,
pins 17, 18, 19 are checked, funny pins 17, 19 are as output.
pins 48 - 55 and 55 are standard pxa card space usage.
54, 56, 57 can not be touched by linux pcmcia driver(two of them are
changed in common linux pxa pcmcia driver, so it's wrong). I know thar
touching one of them, turning off bluetooth module.
