[asus-port] asus 716 progress

Here is my a bit progress on asus 716:

pxafb_mach_info has two bugs in decoded values from lcd registers for asus
716 / 620BT no TCOM chip. here are proper values:
        .hsync_len = 64,
        .vsync_len = 6,
