[asus-port] Enabling asus to boot again on 2.6.8

Hello list

As of 2.6.8 update in hh.org's CVS, time initialization has been
updated, and makes kernel oops quite early on boot. This is because
INITTIME was not defined in MACHINE_START() macro.

The attached patch fixes this, removes pcmcia code which has gone to a
separate file i'm working on, and fixes a ressource reservation I broke
on a previous patch (sorry;)

Back to work again ;)
