The H3100, H3600, and H3700 have a ``hard reset'' slide switch under a little sliding door at the bottom left of the unit. This switch, when slid to the right with the unit right side up, removes power from the CPU, memory, and charger. The battery will not charge with the switch in this position.
The Philips UDA1341 codec used on the ipaq supports full duplex. The PocketPC driver for this only provided half duplex, but the Linux driver supports full duplex operation.
